Having said this, Jed has been by far the most professional and courteous agent I have ever come across and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with each time we cross paths. Not only was he completely genuine with his valuation of our property, providing us with excellent comparibles to justify his price but also gave us some options for us to consider moving to. An example of a real personal service. On the viewings we have done with Jed I have always found him to be informative and insightful without the cliched sales pitch! He gives you the information for you to make your own decision which is a breath of fresh air. Both myself and my wife actually looked forward to seeing Jed on our viewings and enjoyed the time he spent getting to know our needs.
If we ever end up selling, there will only be one person I will be calling as I know he will do the best for me and my family.
I would strongly recommend Jed and Alpine for any property services in this area. He is from the old school and conducts business properly which is poorly missed in today's society.

I had explained my intent was to let the property and Alpine gave me fantastic advice of what remediation work needed to be done to get it to a lettable condition in line with tenants expectations of the local area.
