"ARM Residential was the agent for the landlord of a property we were tenants in a couple of years before we purchased this property.
We were very happy with ARM as tenants so, when we became landlords ourselves, we approached them to be our agent - and we are very pleased we did.
ARM is always friendly, professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with, often doing more than expected to make sure things happen quickly and efficiently. That was true as tenants as well, which is why we sought them out as our agent.
Balanced between the interests and needs of the tenant and landlord, which creates a good relationship between the two.
ARM took the time to understand our needs and provided a more personal service through things like soft vetting of prospective tenants (ie, willing to not recommend offers and wait for other viewings rather than just take the best offer to maximize their commissions) and being more hands on (we're not based in the UK so rely on them to arrange things).
Overall, we're delighted with ARM and don't hesitate to recommend them to landlords or tenants."
