He explained the details of the property & indicated the things to be attended to immediately & refurbishment to be done at a later stage. Also gave us insight into the future of Colliers Wood locality & its value.

Sometimes it is advisable for the seller to be responsible for all repairs that existed prior to the offer. In our case the amount of money promised as compensation was never forthcoming."

Two bedroom purpose built maisonette over ground and first floor. Property has a garden and own front door.

"A better service I could not have dared hope for. From the first contact on the phone to the final sale of our flat (and subsequent purchase of our house) DJ and the other staff at Cross and Prior were incredibly helpful. They removed a great deal of stress in what was a very difficult time for us. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. DJ went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our enquiries and hiccups as the sale progressed. I truly believe that if more estate agents were to follow this example then the profession would not have the negative associations made with it. I have not used their services before and though I do not plan to move for some years I will make them my first and probably only port of call should I need to move again."
