"John Payne helped us with the sale of our house in West Greenwich. They were very efficient and friendly to deal with. I felt like they managed the relationship with the buyer really well and when issues cropped up and things started to go a bit wrong, they intensified the level of communication with both us and the buyer to get things sorted, always acting in a calm and reasonable manner. "All Staff( Especially Gemma and Matt) were so helpful and made the whole transaction/procedure a dream. Gemma was lovely and always showed professionalism but also showed charm to my family.. so much so, our Children actually looked forward to seeing Gemma.

I know that this isn't relevant to the sale/purchase but it did make things so much more pleasant through quite a difficult and complicated conveyance process.

We would really like to say thank you the the team.. all office staff were always very pleasant too... We'd most certainly used John Payne Blackheath and John Payne Greenwich again.. will definitely and already have recommend them.

"Working with the team at John Payne Greenwich to sell our flat could not have gone any better. Doug and the team are friendly, honest and attentive and displayed genuine interest in what we wanted and how to help us.

We would never have dreamed that the team would be so helpful and friendly. We often found that they were more useful than our solicitors and the estate agents we were buying our house from. They also displayed the right amount of caution and common sense in evaluating the market and how to price our flat- we genuinely trusted them as they are such experts in their fields and so realisable. They were also exceptionally communicative in relaying information throughout our chain.

We cannot recommend John Payne greenwich highly enough and only wish that they also operated in the new area we have moved to so we could work with them on our next house sale and purchase! "I used John Payne previously to buy this flat and one other and was very pleased with their performance then and had from time to time kept in touch with the individuals involved so was pleased to appoint them again and was again very pleased with them individually and collectively. I am always impressed by their professionalism, expertise, friendly tell it as it is attitude and local knowledge. I will use them again. The flat sold quickly and for the recommended price. "I can not recommend Sue at the Greenwich office highly enough!
She is wonderful, knowledgable, caring, efficient, the list goes on.....
As first time sellers, with not much of a clue what we needed to do, she held our hands through the whole process and made it as painless as possible!
Due to the set up at John Payne, the completion of our sale was passed to the Blackheath office. They were also very courteous and efficient.
