"We were shown around the property and negotiated offer details with one employee who then left the company mid-sale (I cannot remember his name). The information provided and level of contact with this employee was ok, but could have been more helpful.

The sale was then handled by Janie, who was far more professional and helpful throughout.

"I was very happy with Lockett Estates. They were professional, sold the property quickly and gave good advice.

I decided to use them as the agent who I bought the property from was now working for them.

The logo for the Ombudsman membership scheme was probably on the letterhead, but I didn't notice it and I had no need to complain (hence I marked this NA)"
