2nd Rental Apartment 2 BR (East Putney) 1st Rental Flat 2 BR, Liv & Din RM, Deck (East Putney)

"My firm has used Ms. Bennett for the last 8 Years & held the first flat for 7 1/2 years. She got us a new apartment quickly with out any problems. If something needed to be addressed it is often done on same day or within 24 hrs.

In one instance there was a flood (broken pipe) on the top floor & collapsed part of the ceiling un-related to Ms. Bennett. She picked me up provided a place to stay for the night & had my flat cleaned by noon the next day. She made all arrangements for repairs and keep after the contractors. She also hires contractors that reflect her standards of perfect & timely repairs. When not available Ms. Bennett would personally wait for technicians etc.

I highly recommend Ms. Bennett because of her commitment to serve the tenant. In the 8 years and three different employees using the flat / apartments she has always provided a caring & professional touch to her service."

Flats in appartment blocks in the London SW15 area over the years. Involving this company both in letting and managing two bed flats for me as landlord over the years and also renting to me as a tenant. In each case the flats have been in small purpose built blocks. I ALSO used the ocmpany to manage property letting in the Chelesea SW3 area,where the buildings was a Victorian conversion flat.

"I have used the Nicola Bennett Property company many times . On each occasion I have experienced first class follow through on key issues really helpful advices both as tenant and landlord about the condition or th eproperty rental levels etc.

I really feel that the service provided reflects honest service and enthusiastic management of the properties involved. I found that when reparis or work was neeeded contractors were competent and thorough.

Nicola Bennett herself acts at all times presents a thoroughtly professional service and strong work ethics.
Communication with the company has always been excellent given the fact that I am out of the country frequently.
