"I asked 6 estate agents in Ealing as to what they thought my flat would be worth and why.
Most gave bland answers, Oaktree gave a full 2 page analysis of the market and demonstrated deep and thoughtful understanding of the type of customers who would be interested.
They were awarded the business, as a sole agent, and busied themselves in contacting their customer list and getting them round for a viewing. Within a few days I had an offer, and completion was within 3 months (if only solicitors were quicker). Throughout the sales process Oaktree maintained an information flow, and all parties (including me) were rightly told to 'pull their finger out' when there were blockages.
An excellent, informative and professional service.
As an investor in properties, I can say I have met none better."
