2 bed, 2 bath new built flat 12th floor, good condition amazing river views, overlooking Canary Wharf, the O2 and central London

"It is the first time I met and worked with Re/Max. I found them when searching for property agents in Canary Wharf, London.

I was impressed by their first visit, they were quite confident they will find a buyer for the flat soon. In retrospective, I realise that they were the only ones who mentioned the price I paid for the property originally; none of the other agents I met with mentioned it. One would think this is a basic info when meeting a seller first time...

My feedback for Sarah and Re/Max is positive for the folowing reasons:

1)setting an askingprice for the flat was challenging, this is a new built battered by the fall in property prices during the crisis. However, Sarah tried her best to get a good price and achieved more than any other recent sales in the building, even in the face of challenging valuations from the banks on mortgages.

2) once an offer was accepted by me, we both discovered that the other side solicitors were not the most efficient, however Sarah chased them step by step all the way to completion.

3)I received a very good recommensation for a convenyancing solicitor from Sarah, who proved incredibly efficient in the face of more difficulties from my managing agent and others during the sale.

Based on my sale experience, I would definitely recommend Sarah and Re/Max to other customers. Re/Max fee is higher than the average property agent, howver given their website is really easy to use versus other I saw, the sale price achieved and the service provided all the way to completion, this higher fee is justified in my opinion.

Terrace house. Modern build in private estate with parking.

"Yes I would recommend Kevin Vadamalay to my friends. Not having used Remax before I can't vouch for the whole firm. Kevin has been reliable and very pleasant to work with. I went with one agency only although it was not cheap because of the location of their office and their potential client base. Secondly because I had to be out of the country I wanted someone who understood what I required and Kevin seemed to fit the bill. I am happy with the outcome."
