Chalet style (1930's) semi-detached with three double bedrooms.
 

"Unfortunately we were ‘gazumped’ in the first instance, however because the buyers could not sell their own house we approached Statons again. Both the seller & ourselves felt that Statons had misinformed us about the right action to take. Statons staff were unempathic & patronizing in response to our experience of being gazumped.
