Semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms in Maidstone.
 

"I had very few dealings with the agent but they were generally prompt, polite and helpful. They did not contact me after the price was reduced even though I had previously had an offer rejected. The details did not include a floor plan which appears unusual these days. Other parties – 1). I was not particularly impressed by the solicitor they recommended to the seller, 2) the financial advisor they recommended suggested a deal that I did not consider to be correct in relation to stamp duty."

3 bed semi with ragstone front with planning permission for loft conversion. Located in popular semi rural location close to schools & Town Centre.
 

"25/9: Tony comes round to take photos & state will put on website in next couple of days. 29/9: Phone office as no photos. Agent states upload issues & will be on tomorrow. 2/10: Agent phoned for house visit to familiarise with house. Still not on website. Tom States it will be on by 4/10. 4/10: Tom arrives with Natalie. House still not on website told agent that I didn’t appreciate being lied to. 7/10: House on Simon Miller but not right move. Was initially disappointed as I paid extra to ensure a better service but missed 2 weeks of advertising in a windows that was key prior to Christmas.
