"I have never used Bridgfords before, and was therefore sceptical. So when I decided to sell my home, I went to other estate agents before Bridgfords because I had previously had a less than positive impression of them. (Having said that, my general impression of the all estate agents was; 'pond life who would sell their own mothers at the drop of a hat') Not only was I disappointed by the other estate agents I tried, in the end I didn't really trust what they were telling me, as the results never seemed to match up. I also found that they (to coin a phrase), 'came in like Rambo, and went out like Bambi'. Each made impressive promises in order to get my custom, however they seemed, dissipated to nothing, probably after the names on their mailing lists had been exhausted.
I expected the same from Bridgfords, but felt that as it was the only one of the main high street agents that I had not tried, I might as well give them a go.
I anticipated the impressive start, but was pleasantly surprised at the way they just kept plugging away. Even when I became a little unsure of how things were progressing, the response was 'sorry you feel that way', but they did not let my concerns affect how they dealt with me or how they worked on my behalf.
They kept in touch throughout the process and everyone including their financial advisor was friendly, professional and I believe genuinely cared about changing my very negative views on estate agents.
I am happy to say that though my views on estate agents in general have not changed. My views on Bridgfords in particular and the staff that I dealt with could not be more positive! Tehy are the only estate agent that I would recommend."

"I bought the house 6 years ago which was on the market with Bridgfords so experienced the service as a buyer.

As a seller I have been very happy with the service I received, particularly when dealing with Danny (moved from Stretford Branch), Jennifer (Stretford Branch) and Andy (Warrington Branch). They have acted professionally at all times, contacted me when they said they would, and have been effecient during the whole process. I would only have positive things to say to others about the service and would not hesitate to use them again. I am especially pleased at how quickly the sale went through from being placed on the market given that I had to have building works undertaken when the first sale fell through."

"Bridgefords were very professional and efficient.They agreed to market my house at £10,000 above the previous estate agents advice 2 days before and I more or less received asking price less £2000.

I had plenty of viewers of the property within days. All were very interested and was surprised and delighted to sell my house in a very short time.

I agreed to use the solicitors recommended by the Bridgefords team and the whole process from agreement to completion was very smooth, informative throughout and I felt that we were all on the same side.

The marketing of my house was excellent and I would recommend and definitely use Bridgefords again."

"Although slightly more expensive than other estate agents, I was extremely impressed with the professional service provided & feedback at all times was first class, so the extra cost in my opinion was well worth it.

Jennifer, Stretford Branch Manager, was extremely efficient,articulate & obviously a huge asset to Bridgfords & we had two offers on our property within the first week on the market.

"The brochure / leaflet first supplied to me talked of the kitchen having a fridge. This was a mistake and was apparently corrected at the seller’s insistence on a subsequent reprint. I never received the correction and thus lost a deal of food until I was able to buy a fridge – freezer.
