The apartment is located in an apartment complex just outside the city centre of Manchester. Easy access into Manchester and to motorways. Nicely maintained central communal gardens, which the apartment over looks.

"I have dealt with Shepherd Gilmour for a number of years now. Stuart Davids and Major Gons are very professional and knowledgeable in the industry and I feel being kept informed of the purchase process at all times. They are also very proactive.
