1920''s detached 4 bed 3 reception room property in one of the most sought after areas in Melton.

"I bought one property through Benton's many years ago. I decided to use Benton's for the sale of my current property as I believe they have the best local knowledge.

As with most house sales there were challenges from the pruchasers perspective, the team at Benton'e dealt with these challenges and kept the sale on track until exchange.

I would recommend them to any prospective seller or purchaser.

"Management were excellent at knowing the local market, keeping in contact and getting a good price especially in current climate. Sometimes communication with the back office however could be a little frustrating not always keeping you informed (its important to be kept in the loop even if there is no news sometimes). Overall very happy with the service I got and good value for money."

"All at the firm were very helpful throughout our purchase but Nicola in particular was fantastic. It was a difficult and long (10 month) process and she kept us up to date with progress throughout. She liaised regularly with the seller, us, the sellers' solicitor and our solicitor to keep everyone up to speed with developments. She followed up on all issues raised and above all showed sympathy, understanding and amazing patience throughout. She was was always cheerful, well informed and made us feel that she was on our side even though we also knew she was being just as supportive to the seller. "Over the past 9 months we have sold and purchased through Bentons.

We were delighted with both sets of transactions, the quality of the sales brochure, the level and accuracy of information fed through to us, the reliability of update information, arrangements for viewings and facilitated interactions between all involved parties.

The only thing that was a slight issue was the initial over optimistic valuation of our property.

"Disappointed that we had to drop £30,000 from the price we told to market for.
