The house has most of the feature that a new house has garage. It is also near railway and 5m done from the M8. It also not far from the schools, 3 bedrooms that are big sized, 2 bathrooms and open planed living area.

The house, the price it would cost to sell it and phoned us with updates the had sold house’s in my estate before and had good knowledge of what the house would fetch on the market. 3 bed detached house, modern newly fitted kitchen. Newly laid out landscaped garden. Excellent condition well looked after and presented. Truly move-in condition.
 

"Agent communicates very well, face to face, very positive & friendly. Took a lot longer than I expected to get property on the market but that could've been due to changing of company name etc. Office staff very helpful and knowledgeable but poor at returning calls. "He told that they would do everything for me. He would show perspective buyers round my house. He also got the solicitor for to deal with sale of the house. He left me with nothing to do he done everything for me, and got me buyer right away. He had everything done and dusted within six weeks.
