"We obtained this property through a sealed bid due to popular demand (cash). We were told that we would have to exchange contracts in 28 days by the Manager. It took 3 months even tho we were under stress to get the money in 1 month. Even tho we were ensured the property would be clear of contents/rubbish it was not.
