3 bed detached 1 x family bathroom, cupboard downstairs, loo, 1 x cloakroom extended dinning room, drive & garage 1930’s build is need of update and maintenance.

The sellers of course the idea is to make as much money as possible. The agents suggested I should be able to give an extra £500 a month to bring my offer in line with other sellers – I didn’t and still was accepted.

Semi-detached house, three bedrooms interesting features. The electrical fuse board needs to be replaced. The boiler is to be replaced too.
