1930’s terrace, furnished, 2 bedrooms & large garden. West Norwich area. (NR4).
 

"The firm did remove the property from their website, but only after we had to telephone & remind them. As the property was being bought to let, we asked the price that the current tenants were paying. Property ladder gave us some accounts which made no real sense – they appeared to not even know how many tenants there had been! Aside from that there were very helpful."

The reason the property was not removed from the market straightaway was due to a delay in getting solicitor details from you, our system is automated.

Rental figures paid by the in-situ tenants were provided to us by the owner, we did not let this property.

I am disappointed you would not recommend our service, I was very speedy in helping you when the boiler broke down over a month after completion.

Nonetheless, good luck for the future.

"Excellent service, arranged viewing promptly, kept in contact with all parties. Our selling estate agents William H Brown in Norwich were appalling lied to us repeatedly.
