About Us

David Baker & Company is a Penarth based Independent Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyor, founded and opened in 1969, specialising in sales but also offering comprehensive lettings packages. We pride ourselves on offering a very professional and caring service in all matters of the property market and feel we have an unrivalled knowledge of the local market. We are happy to offer free valuations and skilled advice to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their home in Penarth, Llandough, Sully and Dinas Powys.

As managers of my rental property they have always arranged repairs and resolved maintenance issues on the property quickly, at my convenience and within budget.
