Rural cottage extended but in keeping with other part. garden of about 1/3rd acre. No rear neighbours.
 

"A superb and detailed particulars sheet was produced on 6 sites of A4 with 11 excellent photographs and full floor plan. The marketing and the agents contact with clients on their list, produced a higher number of people (than I expected) to look around. "We feel that Cundalls should have volunteered information on the offer price which was previously accepted on this property before that sale fell through, and before we made our offer as indicated above. We feel that in the light of repairs required to this property since moving in- e.g. to the garage roof-we have paid some what over its true market value. Yes generally, but in this instance the 'bathroom & cloakroom' in info. supplied is a misleading description. The bathroom has no WC (this separate and no where to be hanging coats).
