"Northwood staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, difficult, rude, deceitful, dishonest and abusive. The ensured that my experience of renting a property was one of the worst experience of my life. A special mention needs to go to Becky and Peter Ward from the Preston Branch who were so rude I cannot find words to describe them but they exhibited all of the above attributes. "Although Northwood, didn’t sell our property. We were very pleased with them. They were very professional & friendly. Our house is in a rural area & we felt that the middle of Preston wasn’t really the best place to sell it. We have since moved to an agent in a rural area.
