Property ombudsman logo appeared at the bottom of the last page of the brochure about the house produced by Gill Cant, but no explanation about why.

3 bed semi, property is in a first time buyers scheme (under section 106) property is bought and sold at 30% below valuation price.
 

"Extremely incompetence, very very poor communications between themselves and their clients, never giving call backs once promised. Very unhelpful, not caring attitude, always passing the buck, not seeing problems through unprofessional. No back up structure if employee is off or away. Employees very hard to get hold of, long periods of time in between queries all the above jeopardise clients chances of purchasing their properties and put losing them at a very high risk. Never experienced anything in this field so stressful and frustrating and had I known earlier all the work I had to do myself would never have gone to this company."
