2 Bedroom bungalow with front garden and large back garden. Located in Prestwick, Ayrshire.

"A great service from the team at Hopper's Estate Agency in Prestwick. From the start to the end of the sale process everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful.

We were selling a property in Prestwick, but we live in Cardiff, so Graham and the team made the long distance selling as straightforward as it could be. They found local trades people to deal with a couple of minor issues and someone to cut the grass. They recommended a local solicitor, who was also great and reasonably priced.

They helped re-market and sell the property after the first buyers pulled out after 8 months due to their circumstances changing. They found another buyer quickly and this time they completed as normal.

All in all a superb service from everyone involved, would highly recommend. Thank you."

"Hoppers Estate Agents marketed and sold my 3 bed upper conversion in the Irvine Valley. I chose them as I has used them a few years previously and found them to be very professional. On this occasion they exceeded my expectations of them to another level. I had bought a house they were selling and it made sense to use them to sell mine. Not only did they produce a well researched property schedule, they also highlighted the positive attributes of the local area which can often be overlooked by other estate agents who use a generic paragraph. Particular attention was taken by the lady taking the photos who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the photos she had taken. I was involved in every aspect of the process. Whenever I had a query I received a detailed and honest response quickly from everyone involved. I contacted Hoppers on a Monday and everything was prepared quickly and my property was up for sale by the Friday. I received an offer exactly 7 days later!

Hoppers is a friendly, professional estate agents where there customers REALLY matter, and they go out their way to provide a unique and exceptional and seamless service."

Retirement apartment block, Prestwick.

"The estate agent was quick to respond with particulars of the property ie the home report.
Although it was a holiday weekend a viewing was arranged with Mr Graham Hopper himself.
He also suggested a local solicitor whom I contacted for advice and was very happy with.
I decided not to offer on the property after the initial viewing and gave feedback regarding the asking price relevant to condition of the property. It was then reduced in price and after a period of around 10 days I decided to offer a lower amount.
This was accepted (I have no doubt that the estate agent helped). I was then also able to view the property again after the offer was verbally accepted.
Staff responded very quickly to emails and phone calls and were very pleasant. I also received a new home card and collected the keys with no issues."

The property we sold was detached and located in a cul de sac with big front and back gardens with a runway. It is a short distance from the town in Prestwick. Close to shops and amenities.

"Had our first meeting with Mr Hopper he was very courteous and professional and explained the procedures of buying and selling a house. He was very knowledgeable about all procedures and showed himself to have a wide experience in the marketing business. We went to hoppers as we had heard a lot of good things about the estate agency. We were very nervous about selling our house and the stress that came with selling a house but Mr Hopper and staff supported us through the entire experience. We were kept informed at all times and the use of having the chat group on WhatsApp with all staff was a great success. The manager of hoppers was called Mari and she was terrific too.

Mr Hopper also gave us advice and support when we were putting in an offer on our new house. I thoroughly recommend Hoppers estate agency."

"The whole experiece from start to finish and beyond was absolutly fantastic. From the friendly and helpful chats on the phone arranging to view and even been offered a lift to the property as i had come from Glasgow to view..to the very helpful viewings with all questions answered and queries explained I was really impressed by this Estate agents polite and friendly service. "Grahame and his team were absolutely fabulous, they should a keen interest in achieving the best possible price for the property and were knowledgeable the property and the general location. They undertook a series of professional marketing photos which showed the property off to its best to potential purchasers. They conducted accompanied viewings and were able to answer specific questions that potential purchasers asked.

Because of the level of interest in the property a closing date for offers was set and tree offers were received.

A detached bungalow with a huge garden in much sought after location in Prestwick. Needed upgrading but ripe for development with lots of potential to add further bedrooms and extending if required.

"I had the loveliest of experiences with Hoppers. The owner Grahame conducted my viewing and
Without the hard sell demonstrated the features of the house, the untapped potential within and the advantages of living in Prestwick. I’m new to Prestwick so that was important to me. Grahame also gave an indication of the value the renovation could add to the house.

He made sure that I had read the home report but also pointed out the electric box would need upgrading possibly. I took note of that. The house went to a closing date with 4 others and mine was the winning bid. I popped into Hopper’s office on the Main Street to see if I could arrange a second but last minute viewing and the staff arranged this very quickly for me. Marie was most helpful.

I had lots of experience with other local estate agents and had a house fall through and I ended up staying in a hotel! So I was glad to find Hoppers who are passionate about Prestwick and giving both buyer and seller a solid and personal commitment to their sale/purchase.

An excellent buying experience!

Extended mid terrace two bedroom villa. Located in Prestwick, near town centre, railway station, beach and airport.

"Very professional and helpful in all aspects of selling the property. Mr Hopper, the M.D. took a personal interest in all aspects of the sale and did a number of viewings with potential buyers himself. He kept me informed personally of progress and advised me accordingly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest fees of Estate Agencies in the town, but reliable and trustworthy enabling me to confidently leave everything to their care."

Terraced 2 bedroom and 2 public rooms house.

"Hoppers service and their professional staff made my buying and selling experience as seamless as possible. I was kept up to date at all times via an individual WhatsApp page. Great idea as it meant everyone was appraised at all times of what was happening. Would not hesitate to recommend Graham and his staff (especially Mari). I had a problem with property 3 days after moving in and Graham Hoppers came round personally and resolved it. Brilliant customer service!!"
