"Cannot thank Heidi enough- she helped push through a very tedious and complicated sale. It was a shame her colleagues weren’t so professional & honest. This was a new build & supposed to be a quick and straightforward transaction. In the end it took months mainly due to the sellers not property completing the property. It should never have been maintained because it had been signed out by building control- Cubitt & West should have ensured the property was completed before marketing it. I was due a baby in December & one of the agents, Adrian became very aggressive around this one trying to get us to exchange contract & treating that the seller would put the property back on the market if we didn’t (even though we were still wanting the outstanding issues to be dealt with by the seller & so there was a neighbor despise which we weren't aware of. Neighbors wrote to Cubitt & West directly & we were informed 10 days later- we were pressured into exchange for this reason by Cubitt & West who knew but didn’t tell us about the dispute.
