"Countryside Estates were open in finding the true value of our property in what has been a difficult and changing market in Rayleigh.

"We used this Agent as they were recommended by my solicitor, who is a personal friend of mine. Countryside used a very professional approach throughout the whole process and I will strongly recommend to all i.e. have already recommended Countryside (Benfleet) to my father-in-law who is in the process of selling a house.

Although my property didn’t come under their geographical remit, there was no discrepancies regarding this, all viewers had an understanding of the type of property and the surrounding area. Linda ( Negotiator/Sales Progressor) was the link between me and my buyer as my sale was complex due to discrepancies with my buyer.

Very friendly staff that handle all situations in an understanding and professional way, couldn’t ask for much more

Following this and a very quick sale within 1 day of marketing, the professionalism of all staff was extremely high and second to none. Any advice sought from Countryside Estates was given with accuracy and explained very clearly.
