"My wife and I had a rather rushed move to Reading and Farmer and Dyer were able to set up multiple viewings in a single day which was fantastic for getting a complete view of what is on offer in the area.

They were then quick and always contactable during the process of getting a contract agreed and signed. The team were transparent and helped to explain all the procedures in place.

While we were renting they regularly came to visit the property and always listened when we highlighted issues with the property. Where those issues needed to be acted upon they were quick and reliable, providing appropriate fixes to the issues as opposed to just patching over.

During the moving out period, Farmer and Dyer recommended cleaning services on the basis that if we were to use those services and the final condition was not up to scratch that they would deal with that directly with the cleaning company. This was immeasurably helpful when we had enough things to deal with moving, storing and moving again all of our belongings!

Thank you to Farmer and Dyer and to Lyn especially!

"I've used many estate agents as a private tenant in the past and never come away with a good opinion of any of them, but my opinion of Farmer and Dyer are so far in the other direction, I'll even take the time to positively review them now that I've unfortunately had to move to a property not managed by them.

They always fully respected my rights as a tenant and gave me multiple days notice for access requests, gas inspections, viewings etc. Any issues I had with any of the properties managed by them that I was a tenant of were taken very seriously, and and dealt with as quickly as possible.

Very friendly staff and far more professional than the larger agents operating in the area. I couldn't recommend them enough."
