"Jones and Redfearn provided a satisfactory service, 80% of the time. However, there were several instances where queries were not dealt with and calls were not returned. They often insisted that only one of their staff was familiar with my case, and he was rarely if ever available. 2 bedroom bungalow gardens front & rear small kitchen, bathroom with suite (3 piece) patio doors to 1 bedroom double glazed throughout garage.
 

"The agent seemed to make very little effort to market the property. I would have liked to see a much more proactive approach. It was on the market for two years in a falling market, none of this is the agents fault. The original valuation was £130,000 but we were given very little advice on whether to lower the price.
