"We have used adam before and would never consider going with a different estate agent. The whole team are both professional and friendly. They make you feel that both you and your business is important to them and will go to any length to give you the help, advice and guidance you need at this most stressful of times. We cannot speak highly enough of all the team at cadmans and have recommended them to two other family members who have both been equally as impressed. Estate agents in general do not have a very good press but cadmans are completely different, trust, reliability and honesty are just three words that sum them up. We would recommend them to anyone. "We have been really delighted with the service that Adam and Valerie have provided at Cadman Homes. They have gone out of their way to give advice, be helpful and have acted professionally at all times. We cannot believe our house had 3 offers within 48 hours of going up for sale. Adam has plenty of knowledge regarding the property market in Rugby and this achieved a sale for us very quickly. In fact it is in under 6 weeks that we have exchanged and completed with no problems whatsoever. Adam and Valerie have been at our property to show prospective buyers round and this has sold our house. We cannot say how grateful we are to them."

"The firm gave us excellent assistance in the sale of this property. We were selling it for my brother and do not live in the area. The estate agents could not have been more helpful in every way. They were extremely efficient and gave us excellent advice.

Without their effiency this sale would have been very difficult for us to handle from a distance.

We were also offered assistance in many ways, such as collecting keys from neighbours and getting someone in to look at a suspected leaking boiler [which turned out to be fine].

We would highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to purchase property in their area.

We have not used the firm before because we do not come from the area but have really appreciated their professionalism and dedication to selling this property for us."

"Agent has been excellent throughout. We found a flat in Rugby that he was selling and liked him so much that we asked him to sell the bungalow for us to enable us to buy the flat.
