It’s a 3 bedroom house, 2 good size double bedroom. 1 extremely tiny study room through lounge. Happy with the size. Down side are the house in a very modest condition and located on a noisy busy main road.

"Gibson Honey found a buyer for us in difficult market conditions they were quick to suggest a price reduction when initial market of the property was proving difficult and the reduction led to several viewing and on offer that we negotiated up a touch and accepted. Unfortunately, our buyer had difficulty getting a mortgage and Richard & Kevin had not had her ability to get a mortgage checked – they book her word for it, luckily, the managed to arrange a mortgage but we probably book the property of the market too early as we could have found that she could not proceed."
