"We bought through Marchand Petit in 2005, sold this year and bought an apartment through them this year, all in Salcombe.

We have also used estate agents in various other parts of the country over many years. Marchand Petit Salcombe are the best agents we have ever dealt with. The professionalism, care and attention is second to none and they made the whole process an enjoyable experience.They would always be our agent of choice.

"My husband died & I had to sell the house. I am elderly Richard Marchand & Harriet could not have been more considerate & helpful& kind to me. Always very relaxed & listened. Never too busy to answer any frantic calls I made. Listening was a great asset in my opinion especially with great patience. I was able to lean on them at such a bad time for me.
