"Jackie Davies and her team in the Saltwood office were fantastic at every stage of the process. This included sensitive handling of tenants, preparation of a professional marketing leaflet and skilled dealings with potential buyers. Ultimately Jackie's knowledge of the market and the requirements of the buyers, ensured a swift, hassle free sale with little need for price haggling. Jackie's advice and support throughout the process was invaluable and other members of her team were equally responsive and helpful. "We would highly recommend Andrea and the team at Colebrook Sturrock, Saltwoood. We purchased a house and for various reasons (on our part) it took a verylong time to go through. We had regular contact with Andrea and she always worked well between us and the seller. We trusted her to relay information and always came back to us quickly with any questions we a raised.

When Andrea wasn't available the others in the office always knew what was going on and if needed would promptly come back to us. Helen was great she did the viewings with us. Overall a fantastic Estate Agency that provide exceptional customer excellence and services."

"They were professional at all times and friendly. There was always an agent to talk to in the office or if I sent an email I always received a prompt reply. I found it very useful to use a local business in SAltwood as they know the market very well and were on hand to talk to and or accompany any prospective buyers around. Even the gentleman that put the for sale board up was polite and friendly. I was home one day when he came to put the soldsubje t to contract up and he asked where I was moving to ,shook my hand and wished me well. I noticed he had a cloth with him and wiped some cobwebs off the board,a little detail but to run a service well, little things matter.

I found all the staff working in the office easy to talk to and very helpfull.

I would not hesitate to recommend others to use this business."

4 bedroom house in large plot of land with views of The English Channel. Master bedroom has ensuite and balcony overlooking the sea. Family bathroom serves the other bedrooms. Three bedrooms face the sea. Downstairs is a large kitchen and utiliy room. Large entrance hall with wash room, dining room with sun room, lounge leading to a conservatory. The garden is laid to lawn with large flower borders, apple and pear trees. A large wooden shed completes the picture.

"They were a pleasure to work with. Being a widow they explained everything carefully and involved my son in the whole process. E mails were always sent to both of us,. We were kept in touch every step of the way and they were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Thank you very much for making it such an easy process."

"Having suffered very poor service from the agency who initially marketed our property, we were extremely pleased with the excellent service from Colebrook Sturrock.

We were kept informed about interest in our property and the position of the interested parties. They were happy to undertake accompanied viewings or leave us to conduct viewings at convenient times for all parties. Once a buyer had been found they kept in touch with the buyer's estate agent and solicitors to chase progress and make sure everything went through as smoothly as possible despite some issues with the buyer's buyer."
