"From the minute we phoned to ask for a valuation and until we dropped in the keys we couldn't fault this company. They were exemplary. Their advice and the way our house was marketed was excellent and we had offers on the first reviewing day. After accepting our offer came and Lynne worked tirelessly to get the chain moving as quickly as possible and answer any questions we had. They kept us constantly updated not only by email but in person with phone calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble and however busy they were cheerful, polite, and made you feel valued at all times. "The house had been in our ownership and occupation for 42 years. It was a great family home, with a large and interesting garden plus drive with ample parking.

"The property was tired to say the least and I was advised that redecoration and new flooring would improve the price and prospects for sale. This proved to be correct and I was very happy with the outcome.
