"My initial impression of the firm was very good. They seemed to be very professional and reliable. Our property sold very quickly and we were then handed over to another member of staff. After the first few weeks we then seemed to be forgotton about and when I did call the office my calls were rarely returned. towards completion we then received a letter from the selby branch saying our sale had been handed over to the York branch. I rang the direct line of the number I was given, left two messages of which were never returned. When contracts were exchanged we only received an email."

"Overall I found the firm good and my property was sold within 6 weeks. However a few niggles came with it first the property description totally wrong, floor plan someone else's, that was within the first advert on rightmove!!! Assisted viewings booked but no agent turned up on at least 2 occasions, a visit cancelled but not informed so sat around waiting!!
James was very good at negotiating a price in the end for the property and Helen was good in keeping me informed of all goings on.
I would and have recommended preston baker on the fact the property sold fast but have said to read the descriptions first!!! This was something I was not offered to do?"
