"We are using Helen Breeze to manage two properties for us and have been very satisfied with the service they provide. We also appreciated their helpful advice in finding contractors to do work on our second property, bought 10 months ahead of letting.
Their letting team and the team dealing with maintenance are excellent. The service on accounts and statements is not as good and we have had to check statements carefully and ask for errors to be corrected. This has been done immediately.
When I raised issues over garden maintenance done by their recommended contractor, they immediately took him to task and the garden is looking much better. When I have asked for work to be done on the property, they have arranged for this to be done promptly and to a high standard eg repainting the exterior of our house.
The staff are always friendly , helpful and keen to help. The fact that this is a small, family business also means there is a much more friendly touch than that provided by large estate agents."
