The property is located on the south side of Sevenoaks in a residential neighbourhood. The property was a new house recently constructed, detached and comprised 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, large kitchen/breakfast/family, Utility and integral garage.
 

"We instructed Langford Rae as a joint agent to sell the house for us. Within a short time frame they were showing prospective buyers around the new house. Langford Rae were very professional in the dealings. We had with them, providing a prompt and reliable service and communication with them was very good.
