Three bed semi, very well maintained presented ready to move in. Speaker system and electrics were a very attractive feature.
 

"My first agent was rude and not very friendly at all. I found him harsh and patronising. However, after complaining the next agent was far more responsive, sympathetic and reassuring. 3 bedrooms - semi (the 3rd bedroom in superb converted attic, including 2nd toilet & shower) about 60 metres back from main road (traffic noise obscured by newer houses built recently in between). Very nice, sunny conservatory built out into generous garden.
 

"Quickly evident that we have moved into an area with (old style, perhaps mid 20th century) village, community spirit. We initially had some difficulty in ascertaining the age of the property; eventually both surveyor and architect estimated about 1960. Impressed by 7' walls brick-built around two sides of the garden when large modern flats were erected some 80 metres behind about 4 years ago.
