A 2-bed flat in a very good area of Southampton (Highfield). The flat was larger that average and had brand new/unused kitchen, bathroom & toilet fitted. 2 reception rooms. En-suite shower. D/glazed.

"Had no sense of urgency. Kept telling me it was normal for nothing to happen in first month after offer even though I needed to be in the property in 2 months from accepted offer. Every bit of information they gave me changed hour by hour or just contradicted everything else I’d been told. Suggested impossible ideas to keep the sale on track – like letting the vendors’ use my garage (that I was buying off them) rent free for 6 months to park their car in!"
