"Three issues which we think were not acceptable:

1. We were forced to see their financial advisor before they would accept our offer. We already had a mortgage offer is place before this.

2. We had to call Fry & Kent 1 week after our offer was accepted find out why the property was being advertised. I think the reality was they were still holding out for another buyer.

"Unfortunate start upset potential buyer. Apologies were made to buyer and myself. Good service until I accepted an offer subject to contract. On three occasions I left message for salesperson to ring me back. This did not happen.
