"What a great service, my brother and I are incredibly grateful to Chloe and Jaimie at Pheonix for their unwavering support throughout the sale of our late mum's home. From our very first phone call, they streamlined the marketing process.

Despite going with multiple agents, Phoenix managed to market the property a week ahead of another agent who had been contacted earlier. Since we don’t live in the area, Chloe and Jaimie took care of posting all necessary documentation without any delays. The first viewing occurred within the first week, leading to an offer that we accepted.

Initially, we received weekly updates, which transitioned to almost daily communication as we neared completion. Both Chloe and Jaimie went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track, even chasing down our buyers' buyers' solicitor and mortgage broker. Their professionalism and courtesy were evident, especially when others in the chain were less so. Their experience and commitment truly shone through, and thanks to them, we made it to the finish line.

"Jaimie and Chloe have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of purchasing my property through them (not selling). Jaimie has been both tenacious and professional in terms of chasing solicitors in the chain, and my own estate agent (for the sale of my house). Jaimie has kept in close contact with me all the time and been incredibly supportive throughout the whole stressful process. "Phoenix Estate Agents in Sutton Bridge did an exemplary job. They were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job after we decided to purchase the property. They were more than happy to accommodate showing the property numerous times and communicated both with us, the vendors and solicitors with all issues concerning both the sale of our property and the purchase of the new one. They were informed with all matters with both transactions (sale and purchase) and were helpful in resolving the matters that required communication with the vendors they were representing. "This is an outstanding and professional organisation. I honestly cannot fault the practice and support that we have had from Phoenix Estate Agents and in particular their agent Chloe. Having spent far too many months on the books of another agent with very little movement, it took just a matter of weeks before we not only had viewings but also an offer! Their advice before we marketed was very worthy and in contrast to that of the other agent. It worked! We have been kept informed at least weekly if not daily some weeks about progress with contact received by phone and email. We have now exchanged and expect to complete next week. "We were buyers from a different county and lived over 170 miles away from where we were buying and the area was completely new to us. We received a brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and very prompt. The agents, Jaimie and Chloe, provided really useful information about the area around Sutton Bridge, e.g. other towns, dog walks, GP, shops etc. We were provided with regular weekly updates on the chain we were in (we were second in a chain of five or six) by email and phone calls.

Moving day was very challenging due to the distance and time of travel (heavy delays on M25 and Dartford Tunnel) to our new home. Jaimie kept in touch through-out the day and enabled our moving company to move our belongings in our new home whilst my husband and I were driving separately to our new home.

Without their care and communication the whole buying and moving-in process would have been more stressful."

"From my initial phone call to enquire about the property, I then arranged to view meeting Chloe at the property, Chloe was warm and welcoming and I felt at ease viewing the property.
Chloe also advised about the local area and amenities it has to offer.
I decided to offer on the property and Chloe was efficient with negotiation on my behalf.

Chloe and Jamie were both very helpful with any queries I had during the purchasing of the property and I was kept up to date on any progress.

They both made me feel at ease to ask any questions or raise any concerns and once my purchase was complete I felt they were both happy for me.

I am new to this area but their warm welcome has made confident that I have made the right decision to move to this area . And I am looking forward very much to moving into my new home and exploring the local area ."

"We were very impressed with Jaimie and Chloe at Phoenix Estate Agents in Sutton Bridge when we approached them to market our property. Their presentation and professionalism was excellent. This was coupled with a genuine warmth and friendliness which immediately made it easier and less stressful. They were very informative and on the ball. They answered any queries quickly. We were, at all times, kept informed and kept in the loop, even copying us into all email communications between themselves and our Solicitor. We felt they were working for us and they couldn't have done any more towards the speedy sale progression and Completion. We say a big thank you to them both. We will keep in touch.
