"This was our first experience in selling a property, having previously been first-time buyers. We selected Druce to market our house based on their established presence in the local market, and their willingness to match the fee of other agents. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received. They kept us regularly updated and maintained a close watch on what was going on across the chain, not just our own transaction. They also seemed very effective at negotiating with the buyer on our behalf, both during offer stage and towards the end of the process when the buyer became concerned about delays to the completion date.
