"My house was an old and need of repair but due to good marketing the house was sold within 5 days of gooding on the market. I was expecting to wait months and receive a low price but not the case. "Would highly recommend David Bailes estate agents; we had appointed another estate agents and been on the market for a while – when we asked David Bailes to market property for us it sold within 4 weeks.
