"I consider my purchase was made even more stressful and extensive by the inefficiency of two agents. I was given incorrect information re stays duty which cost me £125,000. I asked for the property to be taken off the market as I paid for P/P. Next time I was rung and told I could not do this as I had not given a solicitor, despite telling you I was an appt with Peter Bishop to arrange this. I was pushed to concrete despite there being very important issues outstanding, not a very good experience for a first time!"
