We are dedicated team and family-owned business, which delivers fast property cash buyout solution at simple and straightforward way. We have passion about the property and this is what we do best.

For well over a decade our Team was involved in investing, renovations and buying properties for others, where we gained knowledge and expertise to build this company from a scratch.

As part of our buying process we offer to pay your legal fees. At times we offer tailored purchase solution as we discuss your property matters forward. As every property has its own merits, so does your case should be.

We dont charge any hidden fees. Our company values are trustworthiness, integrity and transparency.

We promise to work with you on fair price agreement and as we dont pressurise on sale, we will help where you need us, at no-obligation.

Terraced miners cottage in need of upgrading in a small village in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.

"Katrina from Your Property Matters Scotland was punctual, well mannered and friendly. After looking around my property she gave me an offer with no pressure to accept. As an incentive she also generously added covering my legal fees and allowing me to leave whatever i didnt want to take (movables) with me at the property for her company to dispose of later. Katrina was as good as her word when this came to the actual missives. In summary dealing with Katrina was a hassle free positive experience. I cant deny that wasnt what i anticipated from a buy your property for cash firm, however it was a good outcome and i'm relieved i choose Your Property Matters as i needed a quick simple sale as i'm moving on with my partner to a home together soon.If Your Property Matters continues with this model of customer care they really cant go wrong."
