A unique large detached house in St Ives with spectacular sea views on the North, East and South side, a modernised fishermen’s net loft and attached 2 storey cottage – converted into 1 property/4 flats – retaining original features and solid as the rock on which it stands.
 

"This was a difficult property to price and sell, especially taking it on in November at the end of the season after a private sale had collapsed and local interest had waned.

Harding & Laity worked tirelessly to promote the property and showed upwards of 50 potentially eligible buyers around it personally with unfailing enthusiasm.
