A three bedroomed stone cottage (circa 1890-1900) in a semi rural location, outskirts of a hamlet near small town. Semi-detached with large car port. Garden of approx. ¼ acre with stream, small island. Mature trees & shrubs & landscapes, lawns etc. Double glazed, central heating (gas).
 

"The agent valued house as I would have. The marketing was good their service efficient & all paperwork good. Viewings & good, arrangements good. When an offer made and accepted and during negotiations, sale & complete agent was very unprofessional. Using emotive language & aggressive scare mongering tactics. Bullying & intimidating. It appeared they were acting for buyer trying to force me to sell for low price immediately. This is a considered response as my upset/anger has subsided. I was told about the buyer-her job, how she was crying etc. I was told I would never move if I did not accept this offer. I have enclosed a letter sent recently to the agents."

3 bedroom cottage with 2 reception rooms, set in ¼ of an acre with a driveway & off-road parking. Property has a stream with an island, in the village of Gellinudd.
