"Initially the service was good & we sold the property quickly but once the sale was agreed my husband & I felt the communication failed & that the estate agent was acting more on the behalf of the buyer than for us the seller. We found communication through the estate agent to the buyer was poor. There was some delays on our side of the chain. Also messages were not always passed on or replied to. An 'A' frame link-detached house in a very pleasant 1970’s small development at the edge of Wootton Bassett.
 

"2 years before my purchase, I visited RWB & went into Alan Hawkins EA. They provided me with a map of the town, marking current & future development. Map has been very useful. When my house eventually sold. I viewed a few properties with various EA. Alan Hawkins’ properties always well shown round.
