Two bedoomed apartment with ensuite in converted block parking space near the town in Torquay overlooking very pleasant Park. Good sized lounge, dining, kitchen central heating, double glazing.
 

"The property had been empty since May. I could not understand why it was inlet and decided to change agent prior to Christmas. I was very impressed with Carl Sharrod & the service provided. Within a couple of days there had been a number of viewings which looked promising was in situ by mid November. John was very helpful he kept me in touch each time he showed a prospective tenant around & feedback comments. The service on maintenance & checks was carried out brilliantly by Tina in Plymouth.
