3 bed town house

"Made the mistake of hiring them, 3 viewings in 9 months, spent all my savings £12000.Eventually sold through Romans, moved to the midlands because of ill health and needed to have some money to last me till retirement. Fast forward to 28th of march, received a call from a debt collector saying that i owed Red Homes £2300 for my house sale. I rang them to find out what the hell was going on and Steve tried to tell me that i had verbally agreed to pay him if they sold the house or not. Always good to know that when you pay a company the ultimate compliment of hiring them they return that compliment by trying to sue you. You have been WARNED."

I had sold a house for this client and his wife previously and he wrote a letter of recommendation on completion which I have in my file which accompanies me on valuations. I was really upset to see this review. All the hard work that we have put in. I was upset too that the client is of ill health. His property was sold and he didn't want to pay us. The client had contacted the Ombudsmen for Estate Agents and it was confirmed that he should pay us. Bad hair day???

5 bedroom end of terrace. 1 ensuite. Ideally positioned for commuters for London due to M4 and very close to railway station. Location Winnersh. Landscaped, fully enclosed front and back garden. Large kitchen/diner working fire place. Separate dining room. Beautifully decorated slate floors throughout downstairs, utility.
