"There has been a recent occasion where I have had to change my account number; this is an error admitted by the company

I had also paid the company too much money due to the initial overcharged bill given to me. This has since been reimbursed.

I also had to fill in the online contract twice, again due to an error admitted by the company.

There have been issues with the workings of the heating system and the door lock codes that the letting agency could not help me with. I, not agency had to contact the landord to sort the probs out."
