3 bedroom 1930s bungalow in Winscombe, extended and modernised relatively recently.

"Re membership of an Ombudsman scheme; I have no recollection of being aware of this. However, this does not necessarily mean that details were not included in the paperwork which has now been disposed of.
I felt confident in the firm marketing my property effectively and in their 'people skills' with potential purchasers. My sale was quite protracted because of delays in my purcasers sale and the firm were excellent in communicating with all parties, including solicitors, so that everyone was kept informed and up to date."
