"Shilladay's did not provide even an adequate service or deal with my complaint.They even failed to provide The Property Ombudsman (TPO) with information when requested. TPO concluded that Shilladys could not demonstrate that they had carried out any referencing of the tenant prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
TPO awarded me compensation for the significant and undue aggravation, distress and inconvenience I suffered (Yet to be paid by Shilladay's). If you use this estate agent be sure that you get everything in writing and that they actually carry out the referencing they are paid to do. As of the 2nd December 2014 The Property Ombudsman (TPO) have taken the decision to refer Shillady’s to the Disciplinary Standards Committee due Shillady's failure to comply with the rules of their professional body. To date the compensation awarded to me by TPO has not been paid to me by Shillady’s"

This client used our services before and was well aware of the find only process we offered. There was no complaints about our service then and she chose to use us again. Main issue was that her rental tenant left the property before her lease was due to end.Landlady managed her own property. Feedback from tenant is that she left her property filthy, didn't make arrangements to collect rent or deal with her issues regarding the property. As Shillady's did not manage the property no contracts of engagement where entered into. The client left after 4 months of a 6 month lease due to poor landlady.
